Alejandro Mosqueda holds a B.A. in Philosophy from the Universidad Autónoma de Aguascalientes, a Master and Ph.D. in Philosophy from the Universidad Nacional Autónoma de México (UNAM), and is a member of the National System of Researchers (SNI, CONACyT), Level 1. He completed a postdoctoral stay at the Universidad Autónoma Metropolitana, Unidad Cuajimalpa (UAM-C) from 2017 to 2019, on moral realism and undermining arguments; and a postdoctoral research stay at the Center for Research on North America (CISAN) at UNAM from 2020 to 2022, on discrimination and oppression towards Mexican Americans in the United States. He has been a lecturer at the School of Philosophy of the Faculty of Philosophy and Letters at UNAM, and at the Department of Humanities at UAM Cuajimalpa. He is currently a lecturer in the Department of Philosophy at the Universidad Autónoma de Aguascalientes. His research interests are ethics, metaethics, social philosophy and political philosophy.
